Early-bird fee: 350 € for registration and full payment by May 31st 2026
Regular: 395 € from June 1st 2026

Fee doesn’t include accommodation, travel, or meals on days before or after the conference.
Payment dynamics:
- 150 € non-refundable deposit within 7 days from registration
- 200 € by May 31st 2026 for early bird fee
- 245 € by September 20th 2026 for regular fee

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation before July 1st: non-refundable deposit is 150 €

Cancellation from July 2nd to September 1st: half of the full payment is non-refundable

Cancellation from September 2nd on: full payment is non-refundable.
Exception to this cancellation policy:
If you must cancel due to a documented medical reason following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation before July 1st: non-refundable amount is 70 €

Cancellation from July 2nd to September 1st: non-refundable amount is 100 €

Cancellation from September 2nd on: non-refundable amount is 50% of the full payment
